Synopsis
axxon N. returned almost 2 years after their groundbreaking aural film American Beauty Syndrome with a new 14-track odyssey of sound worthy of its epically lengthy title, Machines! Machines! MACHINES! (or the Rapid Replacement of Our Dying Breed).
Meticulously calculated and feverishly articulated, MACHINES! exists as a meditation on the many facets of humanity, including its inevitable extinction at the automatic hands of its greatest achievements. It is not an apocalyptic tale, but rather a harrowing portrait of a destination that mankind will inevitably reach given its perpetually increasing reliance on technology.
The album features mind-blowing original photography by Daniel Taveras and is the final recording of Andrew Abraido and Daniel Taveras under the name axxon N.
