Project Summary: For this project, we were approached by the client to create an entirely new business for them. Though the client had over 20 years of experience in the painting industry, they sought out to make themselves look more professional and brand themselves in hopes of becoming major players in the New York Metro area commercial painting scene.


Project Breakdown: For this project, we outfitted the client with the following:

•New company name (GMBN Painting)

•Brand new logo

•Domain name acquisition (GMBNpainting.com) and FTP server setup / configuration

•Designed, created, and programmed 6 unique web pages (Home, Company, Project Profile, Photo Gallery, Testimonials, Contact)

•All pictures cleaned up and sized accordingly for photo gallery and other sections of website

•Custom email configuration and integration with Gmail

•Custom HTML email signatures for use with desktop email clients and mobile devices

•Custom contact form on website to help reduce spam and give visitors a safe and easy way to contact the company

•Best Search Engine Optimization (SEO) possible for the content provided (relevant keywords, sitemap.xml, robots.txt, yellowpages.com listing, social media page links, header tags, etc.)

•Built custom Facebook page and posted albums of all pictures / projects that were on the website along with project descriptions

•Built Twitter page that is ready to announce any updates the company desires

•Built Google+ Business page which lists the company on Google and is also a way to spread updates to their audience

•Built Instagram account showcasing all pictures that were on the website along with project descriptions


Results: The project was successfully completed within a few weeks. The client was extremely diligent in providing us with all of the content and pictures needed to complete the site which greatly expedited the process. As for the original goal of becoming more of a major player in the New York Metro painting scene, the client had this to say after we completed the project:
